BEIJING, Aug. 13 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Finance Online Co. Limited (Nasdaq: JRJC), a leading Chinese online financial information, data and analytics provider, will announce its second quarter 2009 financial results on August 20, 2009 after the close of the U.S. market.

China Finance Online's management team will host a conference call at 8:00PM Eastern Daylight Time on August 20, 2009 (or 8:00AM August 21, 2009 in the Beijing/HK time zone) following the announcement.
