Mainly engaged in the distribution and sale of natural gas (pipelines, wholesale stations and retail stations) to commercial, residential and industrial customers in the Shaanxi province of the People's Republic of China.

Young company, showing strong growth in earning's and sales, looking to list themselves on the Nasdaq, and waiting for exposure in the upcoming Olympics. With the price of oil soaring, natural gas is being seen more and more as a viable and cost-effective energy alternative.
