Insurance 13.1 The Group has maintained insurance covers in respect of all risks and up to an extent that may reasonably be expected of a prudent businessman operating a business similar to that of the Group. 13.2 All insurance policies taken out by the Group are valid, binding, in full force and effect and not voidable. There are no circumstances which might lead to any liability under any such insurance policies being avoided by the insurers or the premiums being increased and there is no claim outstanding under any such policy nor are there any circumstances likely to give rise to a claim.
