As of December 31, 2006, we employed approximately 1,100 full-time employees Company-wide. Due to the seasonal nature of our live racing business, the number of seasonal and part-time persons employed will vary throughout the year.

During 2006, average full-time and seasonal employment per pay period was approximately 2,500 individuals Company-wide.
