These excerpts taken from the C 10-Q filed Nov 6, 2009. Mutilated,
Destroyed, Stolen and Lost Certificates. If physical certificates
are issued, the Company shall replace any mutilated certificate at the Holders
expense upon surrender of that certificate to the Transfer Agent. The Company shall replace certificates that
become destroyed, stolen or lost at the Holders expense upon delivery to the Company
and the Transfer Agent of satisfactory evidence that the certificate has been
destroyed, stolen or lost, together with any indemnity that may be required by
the Transfer Agent and the Company.
