Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord of (a) any occurrence in or about the Premises for which Landlord might be liable, (b) any material fire or other casualty in the Premises, and (c) any material damage to or defect in any part or appurtenance of the Building’s sanitary, electrical, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, elevator or other systems located in or passing through the Premises or any part thereof, if and to the extent that Tenant shall have knowledge of any of the foregoing matters. ARTICLE 18 Notice of Occurrences 17.01.
