Gere, who held senior sales positions at Lehman Brothers and Cohane Rafferty in the fixed-income and whole-loan channels, will be responsible for expanding Clayton's relationships with commercial banks, thrifts and mortgage banks. His areas of focus will be business development and promotion of Clayton's core products which include Commercial and Residential Due Diligence, Surveillance and Asset Pricing. He will report to Tom Donatacci, executive vice president for Sales and Marketing.
