Credit Facility In addition to cash flows from operations, another source of liquidity is through borrowings under a $150.0 million sub-limit included in Clear Channel Communications five-year, multicurrency $1.75 billion revolving credit facility. Certain of our International subsidiaries may borrow under the sub-limit to the extent Clear Channel Communications has not already borrowed against this capacity and is in compliance with its covenants under the credit facility. The interest rate on outstanding balances under the credit facility is based upon LIBOR or, for Euro denominated borrowings, EURIBOR, plus, in each case, a margin. At September 30, 2007 and November 7, 2007, there was no outstanding balance on the sub-limit, and $150.0 million was available for future borrowings, with the entire balance to be paid on July 12, 2009.
