LITIGATION AND REGULATORY COOPERATION During and after employment, Employee shall reasonably cooperate in the defense or prosecution of claims, investigations, or other actions which relate to events or occurrences during employment. Employees cooperation shall include being available to prepare for discovery or trial and to act as a witness. Company will pay an hourly rate (based on Base Salary as of the last day of employment) for cooperation that occurs after employment, and reimburse for reasonable expenses, including travel expenses, reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Employees obligations under this Section 15, and Employees rights to payment or reimbursement of expenses pursuant to this Section 15, shall expire at the end of ten years after the date of termination.
