SIZE="2">The combined financial statements include amounts prior to the IPO derived from Clear Channel Communications’ consolidated financial statements using the historical results of operations and bases of the assets and liabilities of Clear
Channel Communications’ outdoor advertising businesses and give effect to allocations of expenses from Clear Channel Communications. These allocations were made on a specifically identifiable basis or using relative percentages of headcount or
other methods management considered to be a reasonable reflection of the utilization of services provided. The Company’s historical financial data may not be indicative of its future performance nor will such data reflect what its financial
position and results of operations would have been had it operated as an independent publicly traded company during all of 2005. Significant intercompany accounts have been eliminated in consolidation. Investments in nonconsolidated affiliates are
accounted for using the equity method of accounting.
