Election of Lead Combinations. Prior to the commencement of a Phase II(b) study with a Licensed Combination, Fovea shall reduce the number of Licensed Combinations from those listed on the list provided prior to the Effective Date to no more than three (3). The reduction required by this Section shall be made by written notice to CombinatoRx specifying the Licensed Combinations that Fovea has determined to remove from the list of Licensed Combinations. Licensed Combinations that are removed from the list of Licensed Combinations pursuant to this Section shall thereafter cease to be Licensed Combinations under this Agreement.
