Cooper Tire & Rubber Company with its affiliates and subsidiaries (Cooper) is a manufacturer and marketer of replacement tires. Cooper focuses on the manufacture and sale of passenger and light and medium truck replacement tires. The Company operates through two segments: North American Tire Operations and International Tire Operations.
