Insurance.  Section 15.b.(ii) of the Lease Agreement is modified, effective as of the Renewal Commencement Date, as follows:  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Lease, Tenant shall provide commercial general liability insurance with inclusive limits of not less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) for each occurrence and in the aggregate.
