Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
     On November 20, 2009, D.R. Horton, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results and related information for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2009 and declaring its quarterly dividend. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this Item 2.02.
