Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On December 12, 2016, James B. Morgan, Director, established a pre-arranged stock trading plan as part of managing his Daktronics, Inc. equity holdings. This plan accords with the guidelines of Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and Daktronics, Inc. policies regarding stock transactions by directors, executive officers and other employees. Transactions under Mr. Morgan's 10b5-1 plan will be disclosed publicly through appropriate filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
