NOTE
Dell Inc. is filing this amendment (the
“Form 10-Q/A”) to our Quarterly Report on
Form 10-Q for the quarter ended May 2, 2008 (the
“Form 10-Q”), filed with the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on June 3, 2008,
solely to correct typographical errors in the line item captions
in the net revenue by product and service table on page 24
of that Form 10-Q in “Part 1 —
