HanseNet Telekommunikation GmbH (Alice) launched abuse proceedings under § 42 of the Telecommunications Act with the Federal Network Agency on January 25, 2008. HanseNet argues in its motion that Deutsche Telekom AG is abusing its market power with Call & Surf products by virtue of the offered terms and conditions (minimum subscription period, automatic contract renewal, notice period).
