The wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company are Devro (Scotland) Limited, Devro New Holdings Limited, Devro Acquisition Corp., Devro Asia Limited, Devro Pty Limited, Devro GmbH, Devro KK, Devro Inc, Devro Investments Inc, Cutisin s.r.o. and Balpod Limited. On December 28, 2007, the Company completed the sale of BioFilm Limited.
