Dimension Data Holdings plc is a holding company with various interests in specialist information technology (IT) services and solutions providers that help clients plan, build, support and manage their IT infrastructures. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, applies its capability in networking, security, operating environments, storage and contact centre technologies and its skills in consulting, integration and managed services to create customized client solutions. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2007 (fiscal 2007), Dimension Data Holdings plc acquired a 100% holding in Unreal Technology a.s, and a 51% holding in Dimension Data Namibia (Pty) Limited. In May 2007, the Company acquired an additional 40.1% interest in Datacraft Americas Holdings Limited, the 100% holding company of Datacraft do Brazil LTDA. This brings the Company’s shareholding to 50.1%. The Company increased its holding in Automate (Pty) Limited from 46.15% to 92.3% during fiscal 2007.
