$30.1 million bridge facility, dated August 30, 2007

In September 2007, we drew down $30.1 million under this bridge facility in order to partially finance the acquisition cost of the vessels MV Athina Zafirakis, MV Nord Mercury, MV Shinyo Brilliance and MV VOC Galaxy. The loan bore interest at LIBOR plus a margin, and was repaid in one installment on February 19, 2008.
