Dean M. Flatt Joins Ducommun Incorporated’s Board of Directors
Ducommun Incorporated (NYSE:DCO) today announced that its Board of
Directors elected Dean M. Flatt to the Board, effective immediately. Mr.
Flatt’s appointment brings the number of directors on the Ducommun Board
of Directors to eight.
Mr. Flatt has recently retired from Honeywell International where he
served for twelve years, most recently as President Aerospace Project.
Prior to this position, Mr. Flatt served as President Defense & Space,
President Aerospace Electronic Systems, President Performance Materials
and President Defense & Space Systems. Earlier, Mr. Flatt served in a
variety of senior managerial positions at Hill Refrigeration, General
Electric Company and as a Lieutenant in the U. S. Navy Nuclear Program.
Mr. Flatt holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Mathematics
from the U. S. Naval Academy at Annapolis.
