Our Payments segment, which consists of PayPal, enables individuals and businesses to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. Our Communications segment, which consists of Skype, enables VoIP communications between Skype users and also provides Skype users low-cost connectivity to traditional fixed-line and mobile telephones.
