The company does not care about it's residences and people are getting fed up and leaving apartments abandoned due to safety issues. I live in an Equity Residential community and have had more than my fair share of crime. From gang related murders to armed robberies and recently a home invasion. People started leaving when the armed robberies quadrupled in one month.. imagine how the home invasion (partnered with HORRIBLE management) will effect the residents. (100 character max) Cancel
