SHAREHOLDER PROPOSALS FOR THE 2007 ANNUAL MEETING

     To be considered for inclusion in next year’s proxy statement, shareholder proposals must be received at our principal executive offices no earlier than the close of business on November 20, 2006 and no later than the close of business on December 18, 2006.
