STOCKHOLDER PROPOSALS FOR THE 2010 ANNUAL MEETING

 

 

In order to be eligible for inclusion in the proxy materials for next year’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders, any stockholder proposal to take action at such meeting must be received at the Company’s Executive Office, 200 Palmer Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18360, no later than September 7, 2009. Any such proposals shall be subject to the requirements of the proxy rules adopted under the Exchange Act.
