On July 7, 2005, we agreed to borrowed $53.1 million under the terms of a seven-year interest-only loan with KeyBank National Association at a fixed rate of 5.2 percent in connection with our recent purchase of the Hilton Glendale Hotel located in Glendale, California (the Loan). The Hilton Glendale Hotel secures the loan. The proceeds from the Loan were used on July 8, 2005 to pay off our recently funded bridge loan also secured by the Hilton Glendale Hotel for the same amount.
