BOSTON, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting held today, shareholders of Eaton Vance Senior Income Trust (NYSE: EVF) (the "Fund"), a closed-end investment company, voted to elect Allen R. Freedman and Helen Frame Peters as Class II Trustees of the Fund and Ralph F. Verni as Class II Auction Preferred Shares (APS) Trustee of the Fund, each for a three-year term. The Fund's other Class III and Class I Trustees, who serve staggered terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
