            Notice of Environmental Matters.

(i)            Written notice within 15 days of a Responsible Officer becoming aware of any of the following, that, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on the Company:

(A)          the violation of any Environmental Law;
(B)           any claim, demand, investigation, proceeding, cost recovery action, litigation, judgment, order or lien arising pursuant to any Environmental Law or from the release or disposal of any Hazardous Substance; or,
(C)           any other environmental, health or safety condition or occurrence.
