Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 7, 2015, Enterprise Bank, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Enterprise Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) mailed a Quarterly Statement letter to the Company’s shareholders. The letter includes general corporate information as well as a communication that the Company issued $15.0 million in Subordinated Notes on January 30, 2015.
A copy of the letter is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
