As of February 2, 2009, our workforce consists of 20 full-time employees and one part-time employee, seven of whom hold a Ph.D. or M.D., and one of whom holds another advanced degree. We have no collective bargaining agreements with our employees and have not experienced any work stoppages. We believe that our relations with our employees are good.
