Evolving Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVOL), a leading provider of software solutions and services to the wireless, wireline and cable markets, today announced that it has been granted a US patent for its Dynamic SIM Allocation™ (DSA) solution.

Dynamic SIM Allocation was launched in 2007 and has been selected by carriers throughout Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia.
