The Company sells a disproportionate share of its transportation aftermarket batteries during the fall and early winter (the Companys third and a portion of its fourth fiscal quarters). Unusually cold winters or hot summers may accelerate battery failure and increase demand for transportation replacement batteries. Mild winters and cool summers, however, may have the opposite effect.
