We lease our facilities under operating leases that expire at various dates through 2018. We have excluded from the above table the impact of approximately $4.2 million related to unrecognized income tax benefits as of September 30, 2008, due to the adoption of FASB interpretation No. 48, “Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes — an interpretation of FASB Statement No. 109.” We cannot make reliable estimates of the future cash flows by period related to this obligation.

Purchase obligations are comprised of purchase commitments with our contract manufacturers. The agreement with our primary contract manufacturer allows them to procure component inventory on our behalf based on our production forecast. We are obligated to purchase component inventory that the contract manufacturer procures in accordance with the forecast, unless cancellation is given within applicable lead times.
