Election Not To Participate: At any time after the Plan Administrator notifies an Employee of his eligibility to participate in this Plan, the eligible Employee may elect not to become an active Participant by not executing a Salary Reduction Agreement or by indicating on the enrollment form his election not to participate. The electing Employee may later become an active Participant effective as of any subsequent Entry Date, if the Employee then meets the requirements for participation under this Article IV and properly executes a Salary Reduction Agreement.
