Founded in 1994 in Minneapolis, Minnesota by a former casino operator with a taste for barbeque food, Famous Dave's of America (DAVE-NASD) owns, operates and franchises a chain of 160 barbeque restaurants in 35 states, with another 160 restaurants in the pipeline. Featuring hunting-lodge d cor, the restaurants offer hickory-smoked, off-the-grill barbeque meats, chicken and ribs, as well as sandwiches, salads, sides and desserts.
