ARCHBOLD, Ohio, Sept. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: FMAO) the holding company of The Farmers & Merchants State Bank, with assets of approximately $800 million, at their last regular meeting on Friday, September 18, 2009 declared a third quarter dividend of eighteen cents ($.18) per share. The third quarter dividend is payable on October 20, 2009 to shareholders of record as of September 18, 2009.
