Intangible Property”  shall mean, with respect to each Property, collectively, all of the intangible property owned by the Seller which is the owner of such Property and which arises from or is used in connection with the ownership, use, operation or maintenance of such Property.  The Intangible Property shall include, without limitation, the following: (i) all good will; and (ii) all accounts receivable representing amounts owed to the Seller which is the owner of such Property for goods and services provided by Seller or on its behalf at such Property.
