Group” means at any time a group of Loans consisting of (i) all Loans to the same Borrower which are Base Rate Loans at such time or (ii) all Euro-Dollar Loans to the same Borrower which have the same Interest Period at such time; provided that if a Committed Loan of any particular Bank is converted to or made as a Base Rate Loan pursuant to Section 8.02 or 8.05, such Loan shall be included in the same Group or Groups of Loans from time to time as it would have been in if it had not been so converted or made.
