. Limitation on the Obligations of Subsidiary Guarantors. The obligations of each Subsidiary Guarantor hereunder shall be limited to an aggregate amount that is equal to the largest amount that would not render the obligations of such Subsidiary Guarantor hereunder subject to avoidance under Section 548 of the United States Bankruptcy Code or any comparable provisions of applicable law.
