Limited SARs.   The Committee may, in its sole discretion, grant tandem SARs or freestanding SARs either as general SARs or as limited SARs. Limited SARs may be exercised only upon the occurrence of a Change in Control or such other event as the Committee may, in its sole discretion, designate at the time of grant or thereafter.
