All notices, requests and other communications to any party hereunder shall be in writing (including facsimile, electronic communication or similar writing) and shall be given, in the case of (i)any Obligor, to its address or facsimile number listed on Schedule 9.01 to the Credit Agreement and (ii)the Administrative Agent, to its address or facsimile number listed on Schedule 9.01 to the Credit Agreement or at such other address or facsimile number as such party may hereafter specify for the purpose by notice to the Administrative Agent and the Company and otherwise in accordance with and subject to the provisions of Section 9.01 of the Credit Agreement.

Each Participant shall be responsible for furnishing the Administrator with the current and proper address for the mailing of notices and the delivery of agreements and payments to him or her. Any notice required or permitted to be given shall be deemed given if directed to the person to whom addressed at such address and mailed by regular United States mail, first-class and prepaid. If any item mailed to such address is returned as undeliverable to the addressee, mailing will be suspended until the Participant furnishes the proper address.
