(a) Each Base Rate Loan shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof, for each day from the date such Loan is made until it becomes due or is converted, at a rate per annum equal to the Base Rate plus the Base Rate Margin, in each case for such day. Subject to Section 2.06, such interest shall be payable for each calendar month in arrears on the last Domestic Business Day thereof and, with respect to the principal amount of any Base Rate Loan converted to a Euro-Dollar Loan, on the date such principal amount is so converted. Any overdue principal of or interest on any Base Rate Loan shall bear interest, payable on demand, for each day until paid at a rate per annum equal to the sum of 2% plus the rate
otherwise applicable to such Base Rate Loan for such day.
