Participant Rights.   No Participant shall have any claim to be granted any Award under the Plan, and there is no obligation for uniformity of treatment for Participants. Except as provided specifically herein, a Participant or a transferee of an Award shall have no rights as a shareholder with respect to any shares covered by any Award until the date of the issuance of a Stock certificate to him for such shares.
