Retirement Plan and Excess Cash Balance Plan All United States-based associates of the Company who meet the eligibility requirements are participants in the Foot Locker Retirement Plan. The Internal Revenue Code limits the amount of compensation that may be taken into consideration in determining an individuals retirement benefits.
