. Stay of Acceleration. If acceleration of the time for payment of any Guaranteed Obligations payable by any Subsidiary Guarantor is stayed upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of such Subsidiary Guarantor or otherwise, all such Guaranteed Obligations otherwise subject to acceleration under the terms of any Loan Document shall nonetheless be payable by each other Subsidiary Guarantor hereunder forthwith on demand by the Administrative Agent made at the request of the Required Banks.
