Tandem Stock Appreciation Rights.   The Committee shall have authority to grant a tandem SAR to the grantee of any Option under the Plan with respect to all or some of the shares of Stock covered by such related Option. A tandem SAR shall, except as provided in this paragraph (7), be subject to the same terms and conditions as the related Option. Each tandem SAR granted pursuant to the Plan shall be reflected in the Award Agreement relating to the related Option.
