This excerpt taken from the FL 8-K filed May 21, 2008. . Termination of Security Interests; Release of Collateral. (a) Upon the repayment in full of all Secured Obligations (other than those described in clause (v) of the definition thereof and any amendments, restatements, renewals, extensions or modifications thereof), the termination of the Commitments under the Credit Agreement and the termination or cancellation of all Letters of Credit (unless such Letters of Credit have been fully cash collateralized pursuant to arrangements satisfactory to the LC Agents, or back-stopped by a separate letter of credit, in form and substance and issued by an issuer reasonably satisfactory to the LC Agents), the Security Interests shall terminate and all rights to the Collateral of each Obligor shall revert to such Obligor.
(b) Upon the consummation of any Asset Sale (or any sale or other disposition described in clause (iii) of the definition of Asset Sale) permitted by
