Global Partners LP (NYSE: GLP) today announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner, Global GP LLC, has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.4875 per unit ($1.95 per unit on an annualized basis) on all of its outstanding common and subordinated units for the period from July 1 through September 30, 2009. The distribution will be paid November 13, 2009 to unitholders of record as of the close of business November 4, 2009.
