The Code Hotline is staffed by a live operator from an outside company, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Calls are free, confidential and may be made anonymously. For additional information about the Code Hotline, including how to call the Code Hotline from outside the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico, see the Corporate Compliance section at www.gapinc.com.
It is important to report all violations or suspected violations of the Code. If you suspect a violation, talk to your supervisor or refer to the Open Door Policy. If you are not comfortable using the Open Door Policy, you may email Gap Inc.’s Corporate Compliance Department at corporate_compliance@gap.com or call the Code Hotline. No retaliation policies are in place to protect individuals reporting suspected violations.
