All Company activities must fully comply with applicable laws and policies relating to health and safety. You are responsible for knowing the laws and policies that relate to your job. In addition, you must insist that vendors comply with applicable health and safety regulations, and that merchandise vendors follow the guidelines outlined in the Companys Code of Vendor Conduct. Question:
Can I tip a local government office worker for agreeing to process paperwork more quickly?
Answer:
No. You may not tip any government worker in any country. Any exceptions must be approved in advance by the Legal department.
Question:
Several people in my department need to use a certain software program, but we have only one copy. Is it okay to copy the program onto each of our computers?
Answer:
No. Unless the license agreement specifies otherwise, a separate copy of the program must be purchased for each computer.
